Experience for your business practice Since 1999, Heinrich Roth has been a private consultant and directs a team of trainers and coaches in Change Management, company development, manager development, as well as process and team organization development.

Heinrich Roth has extensive experience in Management/Human Resources Management- in middle-sized companies, as well as in large corporations from a most diverse collection of branches in industry. Although Mr. Roth was primarily active in the consumer goods, automobile, and/or metal industry branches, he also has a great deal of experience in precision machining, optics and telecommunications, as well as in the resort, service, and health care industries.

Moreover, Heinrich Roth serves as lecturer for Business Studies and Corporate Planning at the Gießen-Friedberg Polytechnical University in conjunction with the “StudiumPlus” program of studies. Through a cooperation between the Polytechnical University and leading companies throughout central Hesse, this course of studies provides an ideal interface between science and its applications in the corporate sector.
