Coaching is the ideal instrument for developing employees and managers in their duties, and/or in terms of their psychological maturity. This is often the case when specific conflicts must be solved which can no longer be handled by an employee or his/her team.
Coaching is an intensive form of Know How transfer. For this reason, it is ideal for the general structure of different areas of competency in the scope of fostering managers and employees.
As a rule, we do individual coaching, but also offer it for small groups.
